Decided to give this shop a try with oil changes. Very good experience . Easy scheduling and ride home. They do a great job with repair recommendations and all via text, web and email. Will definitely keep using Honest1 Mckinney for repair work.

My first experience with your service station was outstanding. Justin explained the problem and then proceeded to help minimize the cost of the repair by looking for part options. Although my appointment was at 2 PM, the repair was completed the same day, despite needing to order parts, and I was on my way by 5 PM. The facility is clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff was professional and enthusiastic about serving customers. Their 13 point review identified other items that will need my attention in the coming months along with an estimate for their repair. Overall, congratulations on a great concept for vehicle servicing and repair.

Honest 1 was wonderful to deal with, very professional in their assessment of my car and its upcoming maintenance needs. I came in for an oil change and they also performed a tire rotation which I needed...and advised me of the future maintenance needs in the upcoming year. They offered me a ride home since they were behind a bit...and all with professionalism and smiles. Very nice customer waiting area with all your needs!

Best shop in town!! Quick to diagnose problem and fix the issues. Will be the first stop I take any of my cars to.

I was very impressed with the speed, honesty, and result of the service I received. I had a pretty complicated repair that was needed and another shop immediately quoted me the most expensive answer to the issue. Luckily I got a second opinion at Honest-1, and they quoted me a few options starting with the cheapest and said let's start there and then see if that works. If not, then we could move to the more expensive options. My car was also fixed very quickly and returned in a few short days rather than over a week the other shop would have taken. I was extremely pleased with this approach as it took my needs into account and not just their bottom line. I will certainly be returning to Honest-1 for my future service needs!
