Very nice service. I told the tech that I'm pretty sure I need new brakes. They could have replaced them and I would have paid. But they said the brakes were fine and didn't need replacing. That's what I call honest!!!
I had high hopes for this company. It was recommended from USAA. The facility was clean. The staff seemed friendly however, I was surprised by an expensive bill for simply inspecting my vehicle ($200) after I specifically told the gentleman that took my vehicle. I knew what the problem was and where they should look and never agreed to doing a full check. I would’ve liked to have known beforehand how expensive it was going to be just to get a diagnostic check. I feel for a place claiming to be “honest “that wasn’t very honest at all. I do not plan to return to this company and I caution if you read this to make sure you know upfront with anything is going to cost before going to it.

Honest 1 Auto deserves every bit of their name. Honest. I purchased a used car and within 24 hours it was making a noise. The dealership was 45 minutes away so I reached out to Honest 1. They got me in the next morning and within a couple hours, I had a diagnosis and a suggestion to get the vehicle over to the dealership. We drove back to the dealership because they said they'd repair it only for the dealership to gaslight us and make statements like "a mechanic will say anything to get your money" which was odd because the wonderful team at Honest 1 actually told me to go to the dealership instead of me spend my money with them. The dealership denied that anything was wrong. Even went on 2 test drives and they said "it's supposed to sound like that". I looked at them and said "you realize I'm now taking it directly to a Ford dealership to prove you wrong". Which I did and Ford immediately heard the noise. No shock here, diagnosed the issue as the exact same diagnosis from Honest 1. My car is currently being repaired under a special warranty so all things worked out in the end. I will continue to use Honest 1 for our vehicle maintenance and future repairs. I appreciate the Honest 1 team for their transparency, kindness and most of all their Honesty!!!!!
