I took my Hyundai Veracruz in for an air conditioning problem. It was a hot humid Friday afternoon. I arrived at the Honest-1 very busy shop around 2:00 P.M. just hoping for a quick diagnosis. They did the repair while I waited and I was out at 4:30. Wow! Totally exceeded my expectations!! If they keep giving service like this, you'll need an appointment just to drive by the front of the shop with the police directing traffic!!

I stopped by early in the day with no appointment and Brandon worked me in with no problem. I was gratified when my concern about possible radiator trouble proved false. I’m not a local, but my McKinney relations said they would be using your services in the future.
