I brought my wife’s Volvo to Honest One to install a new headlight. I remember when headlights cost $5 and were easy to install. Xenon headlights – not so much, the dealer told us labor would be $250! I read up on these headlights and learned how touching the bulb could shorten its life so I was skeptical. I asked the owner to tell me about how they install these bulbs and he told me exactly what I learned, and assured me that they would install it correctly. They did, and the labor charge was $68.75 – a pretty big savings. Three days later a low coolant warning showed up on my Jaguar, so I brought it to Honest One and they quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done and fixed it. I don’t even know how much I saved on this repair but with knowledgeable technicians, straightforward communication and good prices, I’ll be back.

This was my first visit and everyone was very helpful. They answered all questions and were very honest and straight forward with me. I’m very satisfied with the service I received.
