I had been dealing with several problems with my 2007 Jeep Commander. There was a big rattle in the rear end, tires were wearing out fast and the vehicle was pulling to the right. I left Honest-1 with none of these problems, and a very reasonable bill. Everyone in the shop was courteous and helpful. I will definitely go to this shop with any automobile problem. GREAT WORK!

The term 'above and beyond' is not one we often use in customer service these days, though, it is one deserving of the recent service we experienced at Honest-1 in McKinney. We went in for what we thought, and very well could have been, a massive and expensive issue with our vehicle and came away with savings and peace-of-mind. Justin and team actually dug deep into an issue with our vehicle and found a manufacturer defect that would be covered by a dealership at no charge. We were blow away not only by the quality of the maintenance we did get at Honest-1 that day, but the level of time and effort put into what they knew was a stressful time. We will return for routine care and anything else we need for our vehicles.

We had an amazing experience at Honest-1 McKinney. The staff is knowledgable & friendly. They gave us an affordable price. The repairs were done in record time. The location is beautiful! Very comfortable waiting area. They offer shuttle service, if needed. We definitely will be back when we have further car repairs and our vehicle inspection.

Taking one's car into a shop for repair is akin to a visit with the dentist. But, seeing how it is a necessary part of life, Honest-1 is a the place to go. I found the facility clean, I was greeted as soon as I walked in, the staff listened as I explained the reason for my visit and then answered my questions in a direct and concise manner. The work is not cheap, but then no competent shop is. They did try to upsale me but did not push me the way some shops have in the past. The work was completed in a timely manner, at the cost quoted and the work (parts and labor) is warranted for three years and or 36,000 miles. Hope my vehicle does not need more repair, but if so I will go back to Honest - 1.

I’m dumb and lost some valuables in my car -The mechanics changing my oil found them subsequently left them in the cup holders for me. Honest, for sure. No attempt to upsell me on any services, either. An easy and painless process!

Just had a great experience using Honest-1 Auto Care, McKinney! My Audi A4 needed some major maintenance and repair done so I decided to bring my car here after hearing some positive feedback from prior customers. Glad I listened. Walking in I noticed the building to be very clean and orderly, the restroom was spotless and the there was huge window where you could see the cars being worked on. I grabbed a Power Bar and a bottled water from the many selections of snacks and drinks and hopped on the Free Wi-Fi and completed some work while my car was being evaluated. The customer service was exceptional. Friendly and knowledgeable. I really liked the report that was sent to me via txt explaining everything that checked out and what needed attention. They were very open and honest about what needed to be done and what could wait. They completed my repairs in a very timely manner, keeping me updated throughout the process. Now my car is running like new ! Oh, and I loved the treat they had waiting for me in the car when I picked it up! Will definitely be back here again

Very professional group and they provide details and breakdown of the condition of your vehicle with photos. I think their price for alignment is a little on the high side.
