I had an alignment done on my Z51... They’re name says it all! From the time I walked in the front door, explaining what was needed... The manager and tech put they’re heads together, all while I’m watching from the bay window, and got it done. You can tell the tech takes pride in his work, you can also tell he knows what the heck he’s doing. They stayed engaged. I departed feeling great. Shucks, even the bathroom was super clean. I most definitely will recommend this place to anyone looking for a shop with fair prices. Hardly ever do you find this type of customer service experience anymore.

We first visited Honest 1 in Mckinney when they first opened. It was a great experience and we continued to go back. We have had several things go wrong with our car and Honest 1 was our choice to go to. This last time, they checked out our car and provided a quote. It was reasonable. But since it is an old car (1997 Infinity I-30 with over 245,000 miles, an oldie but a goodie) they stated that we may want to consider getting a new car. This recommendation was a loss for them - but an honest recommendation for an aging car. I thoughly recommend Honest 1.

Very Professional, clean and most importantly very honest with high integrity in their rates and will not overcharge you with unnecessary charges. I took my porsche boxster to have them fix an issue since the car sat in the garage for extended time. They cleaned my injection system, changed the plugs and changed the oil at a very comfortable price. The best part is that I've had this car now for over 18 years and when I received my car and began to drive it... OMG!! the car has never ran as well as it is running today... this team did a superb job and I highly recommend Honest-1 to be trust worthy and they will provide you not only with the most friendly staff, but also the best price... I had been dealing with several problems with my 2007 Jeep Commander. There was a big rattle in the rear end, tires were wearing out fast and the vehicle was pulling to the right. I left Honest-1 with none of these problems, and a very reasonable bill. Everyone in the shop was courteous and helpful. I will definitely go to this shop with any automobile problem. GREAT WORK!
