These people are honest and nice. They care and your treated right. My husband bought a white Cadillac from the auction and need to know what was wrong it. They told him and showed him, my husband fix those problems due the great customer service we received.

I had an appointment for 9am with a couple of different things needing to be done and guys at honest -1 had my wife’s car aligned and oil changed with a full explanation and documentation as to why they justified needing an alignment in under an hour an a half and for a very reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back

My second visit to Honest-1 was even better! My Yukon was leaking oil and they fixed it well! Shortly after I left I noticed the engine not running as smooth and took it right back. Justin and the team replaced a bad spark plug while I waited and didn't even charge me for it!!! Thanks Honest-1! I received their mailer announcing the new location and gave them a call. I needed work on my Yukon's intake manifold to pass state inspection so I took it over this afternoon thinking they would have to keep it over night. Justin showed me what needed work within minutes of arriving this afternoon. Then Blake gave me a ride home and said he would be back to get me when they finished. He did and now I am back on the road, (same afternoon!) running better than it has in years! I have already told others about Honest-1 Auto Care McKinney. Worth the drive from anywhere in North Texas!

I sincerely appreciate the service level and honesty that I received here when I brought my Honda in for a new suspension. It was even worth paying a little more than the quote I got from an independent shop because of the 3 year warranty and feeling I got from talking with them. They had my car fixed quickly within a day and even gave me a ride home after dropping the car off and picking me up when it was ready. Will definitely use them again for my auto maintenance. The manager there, Brandon, is good guy that you can trust.

I enjoyed my visit. The waiting area is besutbeally done and clean. The staff is friendly, informative, helpdul and fun! I definitely will be returning!
