McKinney Auto Repair

The team was incredible when my sister and I came in to get our oil changed. They explained everything to us and I didn't feel like they were trying to just add stuff to make more money- but really taking the time to explain stuff to us and give us the best service. It's nice to see a company staying true to their mission statement. Thanks again guys! I believe the managers name was Brandon- he was great. Caitlin helped me out! & Then there was another gentleman who was very polite and friendly when I was checking in. Going back for sure!

So, let me be HONEST, I was skeptical at first. Could an establishment that calls themselves honest be just that? The answer is undoubtedly yes. Our family car is racking up miles and is over 12 years old and was in dire need of critical repairs. I took it into Honest-1 and I was immediately greeted by Brandon and the staff. I had been quoted repairs by a competitive repair shop in McKinney and without having prior knowledge of needing repairs, H-1 in McKinney made the exact same determinations. Here’s the good part. Brandon was to the point when it came to the repairs that we needed to have done right away versus those that could be put off for a while to save us some money. We were not only quoted at a lower price than the competitive repair shop, but recognizing my military service, they tacked on an additional military discount. Nice! What really sealed the customer loyalty deal for me is when I was going in to pay for my repairs, Brandon was on his way out for the day. He saw me walking in and made it a point to stop, get out of his truck and thank me for my business. A couple of weeks later, tragedy struck again, and our radiator and thermostat went out in the dead of summer. Guess who we took our car to? You guessed it, Honest-1 in McKinney.

Excellent service, got me in and out for a state inspection in no time when I was under a time crunch. Owner came out to greet/chat with customers and the entire staff was friendly and professional. Waiting area was clean and appointed with comfortable chairs, WiFi, cable TV, free snacks and a kids play area. Couldn't ask for more!

Went in for a state auto inspection on one vehicle and oil change on another. Great, friendly service and competitive pricing. Owner was there when I was checking my vehicle in and he welcomed me and chatted with me for a few minutes asking if I had any questions or concerns. The whole team came across as sincere and very appreciative of my bringing my vehicles to them. Btw, my oil change was on a new vehicle that was needing its first oil change and I came here to avoid the horrible dealership experiences. To this point, it was a great decision.....

Got an oil change & tire rotation. I came in to make an appointment,but they were able to get me in right away. Exceptional service we will be coming back.

I enjoyed my experience here. They were friendly, efficient, and offered a shuttle for me while I was getting work done. One of the owners, Mr. Sellers, personally drove me home. They gave me a great price on my service as well. The coupon they sent out was great! I will definitely be back.
