I had an experience worth writing about today. The engine light on my daughter’s car began flashing and her vehicle would only operate at a slow mode. I called this shop and spoke to Brandon. He told me to bring it right in and he would run a diagnostic test on it for a cost of $99.99. Within an hour he called me and notified me the issue pertained to a recall that came out in April, and that I should call the dealership and have them fix it. When I went back to pick up the car, Brandon had the recall packet printed out for me, he explained the issue and waived the diagnostic test charge. I will be going to Brandon from now on for all of our vehicle needs.

I’m very happy about the service I received! As a single woman, my father and brother have always reminded me to be vigilant and mindful that mechanics might take advantage of a woman because they may not know what their car truly needs. With that in mind, I expected to be told how much work, filters, and whatever else I might need in addition to the oil change I wanted. So when I got the text that my car was done, I headed over and was waiting to be told “yeah you need blah blah blah”. Well, that never happened! Lol simply got my oil changed and moved right along without any scam or additional charges! New to the area and this was the first shop I saw nearby. Don’t plan on going anywhere else as long as I’m in this area!! Brandon was great!! The inside is nice and clean... restroom even had mouthwash in it. Lol

I took my car in yesterday and the guys were so nice! I had a brake light out and didn't know if it was the bulb or fuse and they checked it out and went above and beyond! Thank you guys so much i will definitely be using y'all again.

I would like to thank John, Blake, Justin, and their team for a first class service! The first time I went to their shop was after office hours and I was accommodated very kindly. Second time was Saturday, July 20th and I received the same HONEST to goodness service. My car has been making some noise, and I first took it to Firestone. Firestone wanted me to pay $300+ for a shock mount in the front they said needed to be changed. I go to HONEST Autocare and they took care of the problem, which was a lodged rock in the sway bar. HONEST saved me $300+! Happy first year anniversary! I pray for more bountiful years and blessings ten-fold! Thank you so so much!
