McKinney Auto Repair

My AC started blowing warm on my way back to McKinney from downtown Dallas around 3 pm. I took it to Honest1 around 4:45 and they promised to have it looked at that evening to see what the issue could be. When they pinpointed the issue, they told me they can have it ready for me by 10 am the next day. I left my car there and arrived in their shop the next morning. The guys remember who I was and made sure I had a comfortable wait and they actually finished by car by 8:45 that morning. I am so grateful they were able to restore my AC! I usually take my car to Chrysler for my oil changes, but this is the 2nd time I've taken my car to Honest1 for an issue and I think I will also start coming to them for my oil changes instead of waiting for 2 hours at Chrysler. Thank you so much, Honest1!!!!

A great place to get the help you need and be treated good. It’s a comfortable atmosphere while you wait. It’s reasonably priced for me and I trust them which is huge this day and time. I’d highly recommend them and I do every chance I get! Thx guys‼️

I had an appointment (which I would recommend doing), and they were ready for me when I got there. The employee who greeted me (I believe his name was Brandon) was very polite and helpful and asked me detailed questions about what I needed for my oil change. If you have an appointment for an oil change, you're guaranteed to be done in an hour, but it only took about 30 minutes when I was there. What I liked most about H1 was that I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. I always feel like the men who work in the car repair/maintenance industry see a woman and assume she knows nothing about cars and that they can upsell her. I did not in any way get that feeling from the gentlemen here. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a reputable place to get an oil change!

Fast and personable. If needed they will be the first I go to.

Excellent service as always. Once again they have extended the life of my old 2004 Cherokee. I drive 1hr+ each way to this shop because I trust they have my best interest in mind.

We live in East Texas but was in town for other business, went in for oil change and tire rotation, was told it would be in and out in 1 hr. 15 min. but was in and out in 45 min. great service and freindly atmosphere
