I found my new mechanic! Been having issues with the tires since I got a new set at Discount. Expensive dealer estimate seemed like a joke - all my ball bearings and struts etc all of a sudden go out? I didn't buy it. Discount rotated and balanced the tires and that did nothing. I asked them who they would recommend for an alignment and they recommended Honest 1 in McKinney. I dealt with Justin and Collin. Service was fast and friendly. Price was well below any other shop I called with a 12 months warranty as well. Most importantly, they earned my trust. Not only did they inspect the rods and struts and could not find any problem, they told me the alignment was not that far off to explain the issues I was having and felt one of the tires might be bad. Car was still pulling after the alignment. They finished the alignment and went so far as to to call Discount for me and let them know they needed to cross rotate the tires. It turns out I did have a defective tire. Once that was fixed, car is straight as an arrow again. To Discount's credit, they did warranty the tire minus a $20 fee. Most mechanics (like the Honda dealer) might have tried to sell me on unneeded repairs instead of realizing it could be a bad tire. But to take the extra step of calling Discount and explaining the issue for me was greatly appreciated. Thank you Collin. I was very happy today and will be back with my car in the future.

Excellent Customer Service! I have been going to the Ford Dealership for several years to service my F150. I decided to give Honest-1 a try. Oil Change, Tire Rotation, and Cabin Air Filter replacement was a fraction of that cost that I would have paid (if i had stuck with Ford dealership). I'm now a long-term customer of Honest-1!!
