Used Honest auto to have a state inspection done. Granted that this is a minor issue and anyone could do it and I have used other places in the past. But the thing that stands out is the customer service attitude of the staff that I interacted with. They were efficient, courteous and respectful of my time. They actually acted like they would want my future business. This is NOT the attitude I have experienced elsewhere. They will see me again.

I had a great experience at Honest 1. The service was excellent and they were very upfront with their diagnostic, pricing, and timing. I paid only for what I needed, which was a third of what other shops wanted to charge me for the same repair. I got my car back in two hours and have had no problems since. I will be using Honest 1 for all of my future car problems.
