Timely.. Good professional work and interaction

I am impressed. I have used another service provider in this area for years. Sadly, they closed. Honest-1 is a PROFESSIONAL but family-feel auto service business. And unlike the majority of service providers i have used, they not only explain what the found, the actually take photos on an iPad and immediately send it to you so you see what they are seeing. I belive I've found a new home for my auto-service work.

I absolutely love this shop! I would and have recommended them to anyone. They have state of the art equipment and the best customer care! They don’t just give you a piece of paper with charges...they are helpful and explain everything in detail to you and on paper. I love there road trip inspections makes one feel great before traveling. They don’t hold back anything and tell you straight what can wait and what needs to be done!

This shop is really clean, and the people that work there are all professional and nice. They do an inspection on the vehicle each time you go in and suggest items of maintenance that need to be done. They have a traffic light system that tells you (if it is red) it needs to be done right away, (yellow) is not an emergency, and (green) for everything is good. I highly recommend using this shop for your vehicle needs. They are truly honest.
