Great service for oil change! Text reminder, online reservation, and fast!

I had a timing chain and tensioner replaced on my small SUV (a fairly major repair). The folks at Honest-1 could not have been more courteous, helpful, or professional. They fixed my vehicle correctly and at a much lower price than the dealer had quoted.These guys lived up to their name. Ok, so here's a follow up to my original review: The timing chain cover that I had replaced 8 months ago started to leak a small amount of oil (hey, it happens}. I took the car back in to see if it was still under warranty. The man behind the counter assured me that it was. They quickly verified the problem, apologized profusely, immediately took the car in, replaced the cover gasket, called to update me on the progress, and had it out the very next day. All at absolutely no charge, and they could not have been any nicer about it. They absolutely stand behind their work. I could not have been happier with the whole process.

Honest 1 Auto Care of McKinney, is the place to take your vehicle from routine maintenance to more complex jobs. Facility is super clean, friendly team, and do great work. I had to take my truck in and they were able to get me in same day late in the afternoon. Great Job and highly recommend  .

This was my third visit and so far they have lived up to their name :-) Good clean honest work, nice customer service, respectful, and clean waiting area with complementary snacks. The work has been very reliable and satisfactory. I plan to keep using their services in the future.
