Taking one's car into a shop for repair is akin to a visit with the dentist. But, seeing how it is a necessary part of life, Honest-1 is a the place to go. I found the facility clean, I was greeted as soon as I walked in, the staff listened as I explained the reason for my visit and then answered my questions in a direct and concise manner. The work is not cheap, but then no competent shop is. They did try to upsale me but did not push me the way some shops have in the past. The work was completed in a timely manner, at the cost quoted and the work (parts and labor) is warranted for three years and or 36,000 miles. Hope my vehicle does not need more repair, but if so I will go back to Honest - 1. Update, In 2007 I bought a GMC Envoy off the showroom floor. I now have 125,000 miles on it and it is purring. I drive the Envoy and my wife drives a 2018 Honda CRV. Good car but not like my baby. Recently I had to have the windshield replaced. The glass company, good folks, hit me up to change the wiper blades all way round. Good, go for it says I. Front wipers A-ok. Back one fell off, I tried to put it back and broke the arm. Honest one suggested I buy the part from the Chevy House, I did and then took the parts to them. Kyle had his team replace the arm and we are good to go. Great folks, treat you like they want you to come back. And I will be back. Honest 1 McKinney, on Virginia, the place to go and get it done right.

I am new to the area and have been having car troubles. I was hesitant about which mechanic to choose but I am so glad and grateful I found these guys. From the initial phone call to the final payment they were professional, understanding, and informing. The service was quick, fair, and extremely transparent. If I have any more car troubles I will definitely be back.

Time to have my car evaluation took over 8 hours and I was told twice my car was next. We didn't get any work done because it was gonna take another day min for basic tune up and wear tear type items.
