Honest 1 does a great job. Polite, kept appraised of progress, super work, clean waiting area, child area for while car is getting fixed, restrooms super clean, smell fresh too.

I have used Honest 1 many times over the last couple years for all my vehicles. From the guys at the front who are always very helpful and friendly to the guys in the back working, I am very pleased with their service and professionalism. I will continue using them and would highly recommend them as well.

Polite desk personnel, knowledgeable mechanics, and exceptionally clean shop are main features. Prices are also reasonable. I even found some coupons online for an oil change. The charge was about 75% lower than another shop I checked with. Moreover, they had the cleanest waiting area with the best snacks ever. I think I have found the only auto repair shop I will ever need.

I have to share with potential customers how awesomely Honest this company and its staff members really are...!!! I brought in my Toyota Camry to have their knowledgeable mechanics diagnose and pinpoint the cause of a misfiring Cylinder #4 and had two previous diagnostic Scans confirm a misfire Fault codes., I anticipated that my Check Engine Light would not clear without an expensive fix , since I myself had already replaced Spark Plugs and an Ignition Coil Pack, I was stressing about the amount of money I might have to spend to be able to my car engine running properly..!! The mechanics got to work doing a full Diagnostic but not find a Misfiring Fault Codes, I had seen just the day before a printed Fault Code, but Honest-1 Auto Care mechanics determined that I must have fixed the problem myself but had failed to complete a Drive Cycle in order have that Fault Code Clear itself, the outcome was that my car did t need any additional work, Honest-1 Auto Care and it’s Staff could’ve charged me $1000 for work that wasn’t needed and I would not have known, but their Staff of Expert Techs and Mechanics after doing to Test Drives in my vehicle chose to do the Right thing and gave me my car Key back and did not charge me for unnecessary work..!!! Anyone that’s ever taken a car in for repairs anywhere there are mechanics out there can and sometimes will take advantage of a situation like mind today , but apparently Honest-1 Auto Care doesn’t hire those type of unscrupulous mechanics, and I’m thankful for that, I strongly, strongly recommend to those needing car repairs to take your business here because they were unbelievably HONEST with me...!!! You can certainly trust these people ...!!!

First time here. Walked in made future appointment earlier in the week just to check it out first. Was greeted promptly and was out in a few minutes. On my appointment day I saw they were busy but my car was taken in and back within an our first oil change and State Inspection. Coffee, water, soda and some light snacks are provided no charge. Free WiFi, Tv, comfy chairs and a smaller kids play area. prices reasonable, will return.

We had the systems in our vehicles flushed out. Everybody handled us very professionally. Everything they said they completed. They picked a good name they were very honest. We will be using them again. Thank you
