There was a bit of confusion and even a pretty big oversight involving which brakes needed service. Mistakes happen and that’s okay, they dealt with the mistake quickly and for free so I’m happy and will definitely continue to go to these guys for any further service my car needs.

I have gone here for years and I will NEVER go to a different auto shop. I had to take my truck to a ford dealership to get a ford part replaced. They tried to scam me on literally $4,000 worth of repairs (struts, spark plugs, coolant reservoir, etc). The team at Honest-1 check my history and confirmed most of this work was already done! Later Honest-1 checked the other items, and determined none of the recommended work be done. You can ALWAYS count on the Honest-1 team to be exactly that, HONEST! If I could select 6 stars I would!
