I will definitely continue to use Honest 1 in McKinney. I left my garage door opener in my car when I dropped it off, & ended up locked out of my apartment. They immediately had someone drive it back to me without hesitating. Nowadays everything is costing more everywhere, so for me it comes down to the little things like this. Plus their service is excellent & have always taken good care of my cars. And getting photos & detailed explanations of all work done is fantastic as well!

I'm impressed. Work was completed on time with a written estimate summary provided before completion. They performed an overall vehicle safety inspection for the 200,000-mile Lexus I was handing off to my oldest son. They checked everything & provided photo documentation for each critical area. No additional upcharge work was added. One really nice detail is their customer waiting area -- plenty of space, beverages, and comfortable seating in an open area without any hint of feeling crowded. 10/10 recommend.
