First time customer here. Service was fast on requested details (Service A for GLC). Also asked for Wheel alignment, but their machine couldn’t identify problem for my wheels. I was suggested to try another tire centers who may have better systems. When I was given back serviced vehicle, I then see Service B1 alert. Had to go back and ask them to check and if good to reset this alert as well. Should have been checked before they give me back vehicle. After coming back, in the evening I got their vehicle check report message which calls out warnings on several items. These were not even discussed with me when I was at service center. Now, either I have to go back to discuss these better or wait till any of them become critical alerts, which is a risk
