Went in to get my rear brake pads and rotors replaced. Collin was extremely friendly and knowledgeable over the phone, and the techs handled my car with care. I was quoted over the phone, and my car was in and out! They also applied discounts/coupons advertised on the company’s website to my bill! This place has amazing pricing and a wonderful staff! 10/10, highly recommend!

From the beginning of my repair on a much older car, they were direct and honest about their diagnostic service and what repairs would be able to be made, promptly. After deeper diagnostics were done, everything is now running well and this shop stayed with me to get everything done, satisfactorily. I will be sending them other customers and other vehicles for our service needs.

Great experience they kept me informed and was really quick on the repair. I would definitely come back. They also provided a lost of urgent and non urgent problems that need to be taken care of. I feel all car repairs are expensive but they were reasonable.

Very thorough process from start to finish. I received a detailed document with urgent and non urgent items to be fixed. They were very punctual, personable, and my vehicle is running better than it has in years. Definitely would recommend. Seriously, the diagnostic feedback was the best I’ve ever received from a mechanic shop.

If honest is in the name then they aren’t I brought my 1996 LS400 Lexus in there because it was missing really bad. It only had 44,900 miles. They said it at first that they didn’t know what it was and I had had it towed there, brought it back home talk to them a few weeks later they gave me how much it was going to cost me to have it fixed telling me this time that it was the injector. I had it towed there Again, they called me up telling me they couldn’t fix it because they didn’t really have the people there that could deal with this kind of car yet they charged me the first time 160 995 to tell me nothing brought it to Christian brothers they fixed it in one day. It was a spark plug . Don’t ever take your cars to honest one auto care on Virginia in McKinney and Kyle is the rudest person I ever met?

I have received good service at Honest One each time I or a family member have been there. Yesterday I got an alignment that confirmed what I needed.
