Went in for a oil change and tire rotation which was preformed in a timely manner. This business is a true service shop as they not only provided the requested service but check everything and provide me with a check list showing the actual status of my Ford F150.

They truly live up to their name, as their honesty was apparent when I took my vehicle in to have the front brakes replaced. I was told by a mechanic from another shop that I needed brakes on the front of our Honda Odyssey, so I decide to get the work done @ Honest-1 Auto Care. Boy was I surprised when they told me the brakes were fine. They could have replace the front brakes as I had asked but they chose to call me and tell me that the vehicle didn't need brakes... They got all of my auto service from now on as it is great to know we have a valid choice in auto service...

My recent visit to Honest 1 in McKinney was wonderful experience! My family is traveling from Texas to Colorado on vacation this summer and my Honda Odyssey van was in need of maintenance before our trip. I took my vehicle to Honest 1 to get a complete checkup. Very clean shop with state of the art equipment. The employees were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area was very comfortable and accommodating with complimentary refreshments. One thing that really impressed me was when the technician named Justin sent me a text of my Vehicle Condition Report. He sat down and walked me through the digital report showing me photos of my vehicle and visuals for me to see for myself the actual condition. And I forwarded the digital report to my wife to view too. It was broken down into 3 categories: items ok, service suggested, and service required. I appreciated the attention to detail and the no pressure approach. Leaks and wear and tear were discovered. They offered me a shuttle ride while the repairs were being done, however I stayed in the waiting area and connected to free wifi on my laptop. I sat in a comfortable leather chair and the lady across from me watched tv and sat with her dog in the waiting area. We leave next Thursday for our vacation and I feel better and much safer about driving my family the long distance. I feel like Honest 1 delivered quality service and I highly recomm

Great customer service, great work, fair prices. Very hospitable with a very welcoming lobby/waiting area. All associates are very friendly and professional.

Had new shocks/struts installed. Work was done quickly and pricing was very reasonable. Waiting area with snacks/ WIFI made the wait go quickly.

Today was my first visit here. Generally I send my husband to do this because I have no idea about anything that needs to be done. All of the gentleman there were so patient and kind. They are family and very kid friendly and they don't just tell you that things need to be done, they actually take pictures and email you the link so you can see for yourself!!!! I will forever give this place my business!!! Thank you for the wonderful experience!!!

I can not say enough good things about these amazing guys! They truly live up to their name. In addition to the incredible service, they are in a beautiful building with coffee bar, children's area and free WiFi. I am so glad to have this 5 star service company in our community!

I took my van to Honest 1 in McKinney to get the brakes checked out. I had been concerned about the brake situation for a while, but I didn't really have a place to take them that I thought I could trust. A friend told me about Honest 1 so I figured "why not'? Glad I went. The employees treated me nicely and didn't talk "down" to me like some other places have! They even showed me pics of my actual brake pads and rotors so I could see for myself what the problems were! The place was super clean - and I used their free wi-fi and ate their snacks while I waited. Prices were reasonable. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience. I'll go back if I ever have any more car issues, for sure!
