I was very impressed by the way we were greeted so warmly. Noone knew John, the co owner, was my baby brother. We were offered refreshments. It only took one day to install the new aircondition at at least a thousand dollars less than other qoutes we got. I can't wait to bring my car back! Not for repairs. Just to say hello!!!

Went in just for a state inspection so can't review any work done; however, the experience was great. Everyone was courteous and professional. The shop and waiting area was very clean. They offered snacks&drinks while I waited.

Got their mailer recently and thought I would give them a try. Been to 3 different shops to get one thing fixed on my Yukon and Honest 1 came through! Justin took me out to the shop to show me what was going on with my car then had Blake take me home while they worked on it. Within only a few hours I had my ride back and running great! Great service, good wifi and snacks, spacious waiting area and close to home. Honest-1 is now my GO-TO for auto repairs!

Is there anything worse than your ac going out in the heat of the summer? I work in Oklahoma and moms ac died in Dallas so I wanted to help her fix it. She brought the car to Honest-1 Mckinney to get it serviced and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service received! They kept me in the loop the whole time. They txted me the full comprehensive digital inspection in a very timely manner and walked me through the real data explaining exactly the problems and the possible solutions so I could make an informed decision. My mom was very impressed " They had a lot of snacks, drinks, mouth wash in the bathroom and kid play area with a lot of BOOKS!" (She's a teacher). I paid over the phone and my mom was good to go! ( She was very impressed with the Thank You note and snack she found inside the car upon picking up the vehicle) I can't wait to check this place out in person next time I'm town !

No one "wants" to go have their car service but I can say this was a wonderful experience. We had a known issue and were concerned about other unknown issues. The staff were knowledgable, friendly and informative. They had taken photos of any of the concerns they found and even let us know which were important to deal with now and things that were not yet pressing. Best of all the lobby was wonderful! A magical coffee machine, snacks, soft drinks, magazines, TV, comfy chairs, free wi-fi, kids area . . . honestly they are lucky I left!

I can not say enough good things about Brandon and his wonderful crew! They truly live up to their name. In addition to the incredible service, they are in a beautiful building with coffee bar, children's area and free WiFi. I am so glad to have this 5 star service company in our community!

Went in for a oil change and tire rotation which was preformed in a timely manner. This business is a true service shop as they not only provided the requested service but check everything and provide me with a check list showing the actual status of my Ford F150.
