No one "wants" to go have their car service but I can say this was a wonderful experience. We had a known issue and were concerned about other unknown issues. The staff were knowledgable, friendly and informative. They had taken photos of any of the concerns they found and even let us know which were important to deal with now and things that were not yet pressing. Best of all the lobby was wonderful! A magical coffee machine, snacks, soft drinks, magazines, TV, comfy chairs, free wi-fi, kids area . . . honestly they are lucky I left!
