I had a great experience at this place! The shop I usually take my car to is closer to me, but I will definitely go back to Honest 1 instead because they were super friendly, fast and thorough! They took the time to explain everything to me and give me different repair options. Very professional! Plus a great waiting room!!

So very happy with this establishment I will never take my truck anywhere else. I was very distraught when I went in, they informed me of every step they took. Fast, friendly, professional and knowledgeable group of people.

I can in on Friday for an oil change. The sweet reception girl and her tech were able to get me in right before closing. This business came recommended from our neighborhood website. I will not go anywhere else again. Fantastic service!!!

I went in for a free AC check. It was quick and thorough. I'm not sure why I was told my Explorer (not an Eddie Bauer) needed an oil change. I had an oil change 2 weeks prior at Good Year. Other than that it was a quick and professional experience.

The team went out of their way to give us a good experience! Charlie spent hours on our vehicle fixing the A/C system. With 4 kids in the car during a Texas summer, we are so thankful to have our van cool again! Kaitlin and Brandon were great to work with and even the owners spent time with us and made sure we were well taken care of. Their facility is excellent with a kids area, drinks, snacks and tv. Will definitely be back!
