The whole experience was fastastic start to finish. I couldn't find anybody that could help me, everybody was too "busy", until I found you guys! You immediately were very helpful & understood my urgency. The waiting area was more than comfortable with complementary snacks & wifi. I was kept informed through the whole process. Nothing extra was pushed on me, but information for my safety & knowledge was sent to me in a detailed email. I thought that was a very classy way of letting me know about further repair I will be needing to address soon. The price for services was fair. I even got into my car & found a friendly note with a snack attached. I will be coming here for all of my car repairs from now on.

I enjoyed my experience here. They were friendly, efficient, and offered a shuttle for me while I was getting work done. One of the owners, Mr. Sellers, personally drove me home. They gave me a great price on my service as well. The coupon they sent out was great! I will definitely be back.

I will definitely take my car back to this Honest 1 location! They did a great job on my car and made the experience actually pleasant! Even left a little note in my car. I have a lot of confidence in them!
