Poor service. Poor expectations. Went in for an oil change then when I came back to pick up my car they recommended $3100 worth of stuff done to my car. Total cash grab of an operation Said the oil change would take an hour but it took 2 1/2 hours.

Kyle got us in immediately for an oil change! We dropped our car off and was notified throughout the time they were working on the car! Great customer service! We will definitely be back!

I have trusted Honest 1 for years. They are thorough and do excellent work. They talk to you about issues found and help you decide what is urgent. When you have financial constraints they help make a plan to get your car taken care of in a manner that keeps you on the road and safe. I just picked up my truck today and I expected it to take a week to repair due to holidays and extent of what I needed( dropped off Monday) and it was all ready to go before Thanksgiving! You really can’t beat their quality and professionalism. Their waiting room is excellent as well! Clean and comfortable if you wind up hanging out to wait!
