This is the second vehicle I have taken here in a month. This will be my permanent shop. This is not a 15 minute oil change facility, it takes about 30-35 minutes, but prices are fair and service is amazing. The shops really takes the time to look over your vehicle and provide photo documentation supporting any additional service needed. They send this in a vehicle report without high pressure up selling. Just good honest people!

Up front, honest, prompt, and professional. They even use torque wrenches to correctly torque the lugs on wheels, which is the correct way to mount the wheels but is rarely done in many garages I’ve been to. Top notch.

Normally, I do my own mechanics, I like it and am good at it. I also have a natural distrust of mechanic shops in general. This time, however, I didn't have time to figure out why my diesel turbo was not engaging and fix it. Brandon and his team took it on and were in communication with me the whole time! They got to the source of the problem and fixed it well, for a reasonable price. I will be back! Finally, a shop I can trust!

I was extremely impressed with the service I received at Honest-1 Auto Care in McKinney. The staff was polite and receptive to my needs. The owners made it a point to check in on me and see how I was doing and answer any questions I may have. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I really did feel like there was a high level of transparency that I don't always get at other locations. I would definitely take my car here again.
